We ship to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service selected:

Standard Shipping: 7 to 45 business days.

Express Shipping: 3 to 25 business days.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey in real time.

5. Customs, Taxes and Fees
When placing an order with laSheon, the recipient is the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees charged by the destination country.

laSheon has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Address Accuracy
Successful delivery depends on the accuracy of the information provided. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
